Centinela del Cóndor - It's a canting canton. The figure
inside the circle is a condor, the National Bird in the
Ecuadorian coat of arms. No idea what the legend inside the circle says.
Wording inside the circle is completely hypothetical but follows
the type seen in the other cantons' coats of arms. Most probably, the
legend in the Centinela del Cóndor canton may include the
wording "Consejo Cantonal de Centinela del Cóndor"
(Cantonal Council of C. del C.).
