Adopted: 22 January 1999. Ratio: 7:11. Kasepaa is a rural municipality (vald) in Jogevamaa County (maakond).

Blue refers to the Lake of Peipsi. Gold refers to the old-orthodox community and painting of icons. Bells refer to the monastery of  Raja. Black is the color of  fertile soil and agriculture.
