Minister of Defence

Blue flag with naval ensign in canton and the same two crossed white anchors within a white ring in the fly. Proportion is 1:2.
The height of the national flag in canton appears to be 1/3 of the hoist, the canton flag itself retaining the 2:3 ratio of the naval ensign - this later apparently being characteristic of all cantons in Egyptian flags.
