The presidential (naval) flag of Gamal Abdel Nasser Hussein (president of Egypt
1956-70) which was hoisted on a navy ship in 1958 during his visit to the USSR.
The flag now is in the keeping of the Central Navy Museum in St-Petersburg,
Russia.

Blue flag with naval ensign in canton
and the same two crossed white anchors within a white ring in the
fly. Proportion is 1:2.
The height of the national flag in canton appears to be 1/3 of the
hoist, the canton flag itself retaining the 2:3 ratio of the naval
ensign - this later apparently being characteristic of all cantons
in Egyptian flags.
