Symbols of Cabezas del Pozo

The flag and arms of Cabezas del Pozo are prescribed by an Agreement adopted on 3 April 2010 by the Municipal Council, signed on 17 July 2019 by the Mayor, and published on 24 July 2019 in the official gazette of Castilla y León, No. 141, p. 35,929 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:

Flag: Panel in proportions 1:1, length on width. On a field or a stone well surrounded by four human heads proper, one in each corner. (Panel proportions according to Article 12 [indeed, Article 13] of Decree No. 105 issued on 9 May 1991 by the Government of Castilla y León).
Coat of arms: Spanish shield, oblong and rounded-off in base. Or a stone well cantonned by four human heads proper. The shield surmounted by a Royal Spanish crown [detailed description skipped].

The symbols are supported by a memoir submitted by Andrés J. Nicolás-Minué Sánchez. The flag is a banner of the municipal arms, which form a rebus of the town's name, cabezas, "heads", and pozo, "a well".
