Description

The two middle bands are somewhat vertically descentralized. That is the way they appear in Eduardo Panizo's website, but common sense tells us that the flag is most probably symmetric.

A white flag with two thin adjacent, horizontal stripes, black over green, somewhat offset towards the bottom (possibly only a mistake in the above drawing?). Colours from the arms.
