Flag of Huélaga

The flag and arms of Huélaga, adopted on 30 June 1994 and 10 January 1995 by the Municipal Council and validated on 8 November 1994 and 7 March 1995 by the Assessing Council of Honors and Distinctions of the Government of Extremadura, are prescribed by an Order issued on 17 April 1995 by the Government of Extremadura and published on 20 April 1995 in the official gazette of Extremadura, No. 46, pp. 1,467-1,468 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:

Flag: Rectangular, in proportions 2:3, composed of five horizontal stripes in proportions 1:6, 1:12, 1:2, 1:12 and 1:6, the outer and central green, the two intermediate stripes formed of three white and two black rectangles. Charged in the center with the municipal coat of arms in full colors.
Coat of arms: Vert two keys argent in saltire orled by two chains of the same in base waves argent and azure. The shield surmounted by a Royal crown close.
