The municipality of Bercimuel (22 inhabitants in 2020 vs. 462 in 1930; 1,217 ha) is located 90 km north-east of Segovia and 20 km north-east of Sepúlveda.

The flag and arms of Bercimuel are prescribed by an Agreement issued on 18 March 2021 by the Municipal Council, signed on 9 August 2021 by the Mayor, and published on 17 August 2021 in the official gazette of Castilla y León, No. 158, pp. 41,850-41,851 text).
The symbols, which were validated on 26 July 2021 by the Chronicler of Arms of Castilla y León, are described as follows:
Flag: In dimensions 2:3, horizontally divided into two equal parts, the upper, blue, and the lower, white, a bunch of seven rushes [berceos] in the center, surmounted by a yellow Castilian royal crown, with eight florets, five of them visible, with pearls and gems (three rubies and two emeralds, red and green, respectively). A red border charged with five white keys turned to the hoist and five yellow three-towered castles, the central tower higher, crenelated and ports and windows azure, arranged in turn: two keys in the upper dexter and sinister cantons, two on the dexter and sinister flanks, and one in the lower center, and a castle in the upper enter, two in the dexter and sinister flanks and two in the lower dexter and sinister cantons.
Coat of arms: Shield of Spanish shape. White a bunch of seven green rushes with red infrutescences surmounted by a Castilian royal crown, with eight florets or, five of them visible, with four pearls, three red rubies and two green emeralds. A base wavy blue and white. A red bordure charged with five white keys in pale turned to the hoist and five yellow (or) three-towered castles, the central tower higher, crenelated and ports and windows azure, arranged in turn. The shield surmounted by a Royal Spanish crown.
