Symbols of San Pedro de Ceque

The flag and arms of San Pedro de Ceque are prescribed by a Decree adopted on 22 July 2005 by the Municipal Council, signed on 24 October 2005 by the Mayor, and published on 3 November 2005 in the official gazette of Castilla y León, No. 212, p. 18,846 (text).
The symbols are described as follows:

Flag: Rectangular flag, with nine equal vertical stripes, green, garnet-colored red and purple, in the middle the coat of arms stretching over three stripes.
Coat of arms: Per pale, 1. Gules two keys argent per saltire ensigned with a papal tiara or, 2a. Vert three bezants or argent and bronze, 2b. Azure a bend sinister gules in chief an arm clad argent issuant from sinister holding a crozier gules in base an oak proper on a mound vert all fimbriated argent. Grafted in base purpure a lily-shaped hunge or. The shield surmounted with the Royal Spanish crown.
