The flag and arms of Salce are prescribed by a Decree adopted on 19
December 2008 by the Municipal Council, signed on 22 December
2008 by the Mayor, and published on 12 January 2009 in the official
gazette of Castilla y León, No. 6, p. 867 (text).

Tocino Letrado and Tomás Rodríguez Pe&ntild;as, and approved by the Chronicler of Arms of Castilla y León, the symbols are described as follows:
Flag: Rectangular flag, in proportions 2:3, made of a white panel with a centered, complete red cross, in the upper hoist and lower fly cantons a green uprooted oak and in the other cantons an horizontal, centered blue wavy stripe.
Coat of arms: Per pale grafted in base, 1. Gules a cross argent, 2. Argent an oak eradicated vert grafted in base vert a five-arched bridge argent masoned sable over waves azure and argent. The shield surmounted by a Royal crown closed.
