International Treaty Organization (INTO)

This is the flag of the International Treaty Organization, as featured in the 2003 anime series PLANETES, a strange collision between realistic space-colonization scifi and a conventional office sitcom. INTO is a global body that seems to be pretty much the UN-with-teeth. The INTO flag can be seen on one of the external panels of a spy satellite toward the end of episode 1, 'Outside the Atmosphere'.
