This imaginary country has a border with Burma. The name of its dictator is Kodo. The flag of this country is red with a white disc but with a "C" in the middle with a vertical bar at the bottom of the "C".

In the story "Kodo le tyran", this little country cornered between Bangladesh, India and Burma is called "Çatung". For those who are not familiarized with French language, I precise that the letter Ç ("C cédille") is used when the letter c has to be pronounced as an s instead of a k before the vowels a, o or u, and the design on the flag is of course the initial letter of the country. As Çatung is a dictature, the flag is clearly inspired by the Nazi one, and I believe that the square design of the letter was made to copy the swastika.
