According to Album des Pavillons [pay00], the flag of the General Delegate for Ordnance (Délégué Général pour l'Armement) is a square white flag with a tricolor flag in canton and a blue emblem in lower fly. The emblem consists of an arrowhead pointing upwards and surrounded by a stylized wreath.
The car flag of the General Delegate for Ordnance is similar but with proportions 7:8.
