The municipality of Marck (10,649 inhabitants in 2016; 3,155 ha) is located just north-east of Calais.

The flag of Marck (photo, photo, photo) is white with the municipal coat of arms.
The coat of arms of Marck, of unknown origin, is not related to any local lineage. It is shown on the stained glass windows of the Town Hall of Calais, designed in 1915 by the Dagrant workshop, which features the arms of the main towns of the arrondissement of Calais.
