Based in Libreville with a white flag with an "S" in the centre consisting of green top, yellow center, blue bottom, separated by white spaces; on yellow 8-pointed yellow star with blue petals.

The "S" has the colours of the flag of Gabon.  The "star" is a reconstruction by me - it could also be a flower of some kind.)

The full name of SONATRAM can be translated as the National Company of (or for) Sea Transport, or maybe even shortly as National Shipping Line.
