Flag depicts the monogram (tughra) of an Ottoman-era sultan on top,

Khoddam al-Mahdi supporters raise their flag temporarily outside the
Iranian Embassy in London, UK on 8 March 2018.
It appears that "Yasser al-Habib" is definitely its "face" spokesman.
Different internet sites referred to the "Khoddan al-Mahdi Organization", which
was once a registered Shiite educational-charity group in the UK. It seems to be
a small group of Shia-Muslims who are opposed to the theology of Sunni-Muslims.
I do not know if they supply any funds to the Shiite militias in Lebanon.
