The County Antrim Yacht Club at Whitehead, Antrim, N. Ireland (UK), maintains
a website at http://www.cayc.co.uk.
Highlights taken from the ‘About Us / History of the Club’ section, upper menu:
- Founded in 1902 as Whitehead Sailing Club “to encourage and promote
amateur sailing” flying a red burgee bearing a white initial “W”.
- After
building new Club House, name change to current one as many members live in
Belfast and burgee changed accordingly: blue bearing a yellow Celtic cross
(1909).
- Regattas held, prizes (cups, bowls) instituted, club life enhanced
by various purchases, etc.
- Duke of York becomes Royal Patron (1991) and
about the same time, RYA training courses start.
- Centenary festivities,
2002.
Besides sailing, members engage in rambling, snooker, cycling, and
reading. On hand is the restoration of the late 19c boathouse.
The club burgee may be seen here with the cross in filigrane:

I suppose, in the cloth (dark blue field, no filigrane):
