According to Album des Pavillons
[pay00], the flag of the Chief of Staff of the Greek Armed Forces is
square, horizontally divided in three stripes whose colour depends on
the service to which the Chief of Staff belongs:
- Army: upper stripe: dark blue; middle stripe: dark red; lower stripe: light blue
- Navy: upper stripe: dark blue; middle stripe: dark blue; lower stripe: light blue
- Air Force: upper stripe: dark blue; middle stripe: light blue; lower stripe: light blue
There are two thin
white stripes separating the central coloured stripe from the two
other stripes. A white six-pointed star is placed in the upper
stripe, three white six-pointed stars are placed in the central
stripe and another white wix-pointed star is placed in the lower
stripe.
