Vertical diband: the hoist part, wide 1/3rd of the length, white with four red stacked triangles stretching across the white area, and whose bases touch each other; the fly part blue with a large yellow open crown, with red in side, decorated with five visible red gems, and crowned with three visible crosses, alternated with two visible six pointed stars.
