Local Council Kefar Weradim (meaning roses village and
usually called Kefar Vradim) is situated in north Tefen region at
the western side of the Upper Galilee mountains, on the northern
sloops of Mt. Eshkar. It was established in 1982, has 3000 inh.
(planned to reach 12'000) and enjoys a very high rate of living

In my research of municipal flags
legislation I was unable to find this emblem published in the
official gazette (Rashumot).

I reported this flag as logo on white based on a letter from
the Local Council. In my visit, I was able to confirm this
report. There is no inscription below the emblem.

Kefar Weradim was initiated by the tycoon Steff Wertheimer
(which also initiated the founding nearby Industrial
Local Council of Migdal Tefen. It was established in 1982 by
the "Kefar Weradim Development Company", a partnership
of Mr. Werthiemer and "Kefar Weradim Residents
Association". In 1993 the Ministry of the Interior made it a
local council (which was formed in January 1994 with first
elections in 1997). It has population of 5000 (2003). Kefar
Weradim is well known for its planing, combining beautiful houses
with the natural habitat and in its high standard of living
Somehow, the emblem has no rose in it but it show a kid riding is
bikes on a rainbow stretching from residential houses to public
buildings, all with tree around them.
