The Flag

The flag of the village of Kitashiobara is white with mark.

The village emblem was adopted in Mar 1974 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a green village emblem in the center. The village emblem is a stylized kanji 北 Kita of Kitashiobara. The entire circle symbolizes a concord and a solidarity of the residents, the circles at both side do a development for the future.
