its emblem: 30 September 1954; a stylized katakana Kounosu コウノス.
No flag legislation but they have a flag: flag proportion: 2:3; colour of field: ultra marine blue;
colour of emblem: white; diameter of emblem: 3/5 flag height.

The flag of the city of Konosu is purple with mark. I found also blue and
white flag.

The flag of the former town of Fukiage was white with mark. The town is now,
from 2005, part of the city of Konosu.
