Kamogawa city in Chiba Prefecture adopted its emblem on 17 June 2005. A stylized hiragana Ka か.
No flag legislation but they use following flag as practice. The emblem features the katakana of Kamagaya
(&12459;マガヤ) clockwise starting from the top right,
stylised and forming the general shape of a circle with arrows point out
to the left (from the top) and right (from the bottom). According to
kamagaya.chiba.jp, the
circle expresses peace and the arrows depict development/growth. The
emblem was chosen from a public competition. Just minor correction for city of Kamogawa.

The former flag of the city of Kamogawa, before 2005, was blue with mark.

The flag of the former town of Amatsukominato was green with mark. The town
is now, from 2005, part of the city of Kamogawa.
