The Flag

The flag of the town of Kawaminami is white with mark.

The town emblem was adopted on Feb 11th 1953 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a green town emblem in the center. The town emblem is a stylized kanji 川 Kawa and katakana ナ Na. It represents an enthusiasm cheerfully expanding outwards and an exponential development and a reconciliation of the town.
