Located at Shimane Prefecture. Last lord's name: Matsudaira Sadayasu.
They used white field charged with black two chevrons in the center 白地黒違山形旗 as Domain's naval ensign.
They also used white field charged with black two chevrons and hollyhock 白地黒三ツ葉葵紋ニ違山形旗 as Domain's naval ensign.

It's not really in the centre, is it? A white field, 3:4, with below the centre two black chevrons next to each other but overlapping so far they almost cover each other.
Also used a 3:4 white field with a black hollyhock and in the lower fly two overlapping black chevrons.
