Flag

Located in Fukuoka City Fukuoka Prefecture and established in 1960. The university flag has dark red background with a white and yellow emblem and horizontally written university name in white Chinese characters. The mark "The students’ association emblem, a design of a combination of a vertebrate tree and a camphor tree leaf with the word "大學" was adopted as the emblem of the university. This mark was adopted as the design for the students association badge in 1963, following an application by a student.
