Located in Kashiwara City Osaka Prefecture and established in 1949.
The embroidery ceremonial flag has purple background charged with a gold colored school emblem in the center and gold fringe. The university name appears in gold towards the hoist.
The university flag has crimson background charged with a the school emblem in the center.
The university emblem was selected from public submissions from students on November 7, 1952. The two sides surrounding the word "大學" are designed as "hands," signifying that the students, faculty and staff support the university as a university community and aim for the university's rapid progress and development.

There also seems to be a orange-ish formal flag used by the university; the university name appears in gold towards the hoist.
