I was alerted to the use of an official flag of the North
Korean (DPRK) National Olympic Committee. In the April 2021 meeting, which
announced the DPRK will not participate in the Tokyo Summer Olympics that are
due to be held in July 2021, there are two flags next to the committee members.
The first flag is the national flag; to the right of it belongs to the NOC.
According to
https://www.nknews.org/2021/04/north-korea-decides-not-to-attend-tokyo-olympics-to-protect-against-covid-19/,
the flag itself matches the other NOCs where it is logo on a white background.
The flag itself seems pretty new, as
https://www.rt.com/sport/520189-north-korea-skip-olympics/amp/ shows another
flag with an older logo from 2019.
