The flag of the Lebanese Ministry of Environment (no "the") appears in a photo (source - [dead link - Ed.]). It would appear to be the ministry logo on a white background, with black Arabic writing beneath (the bottom edge is not clearly visible, but it's probably the ministry name). The logo would seem to be a representation of a bird flying in front of a cedar and its reflection in water (?)
