The commune of Pleșeni (2,903 inhabitants in 2014) is composed of the villages
of Hănăseni, Pleșeni (seat) and Tătărășeni.
The territorial symbols of
the commune of Pleșeni are prescribed by Decree No. 427 signed on 18 April 2022
by the President of the Republic and published on 20 April 2022 in the official
gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
Article 1.
The territorial symbols
of the commune of Pleșeni, district of Cantemir, approved by Decision No.
O2/09-XXVII issued on 29 March 2022 by the Communal Council of Pleșeni, shall be
registered in the General Armorial of the Republic of Moldova:
a) coat of
arms and flag of the commune of Pleșeni (Appendices No. 1 and 2);
b) coat of
arms and flag of the village of Pleșeni, commune of Pleșeni (Appendices No. 3
and 4);
c) coat of arms and flag of the village of Hănăseni, commune of
Pleșeni (Appendices No. 5 and 6);
d) coat of arms and flag of the village of
Tătărășeni, commune of Pleșeni (Appendices No. 7 and 8).
Appendix No. 1
Coat of arms of the commune of Pleșeni, district of Cantemir.
Argent a boar's
head couped sable langued gules and armed argent cantoned by three oaks vert.
The shield surmounted by a communal forest crown.
Appendix No. 2
Flag
of the commune of Pleșeni, district of Cantemir.
The flag is a white square
cloth, charged in the center with a black boar's head cut, with red tongue and
white tusks, surrounded by four green oaks.
