Presentation of FORCA

New Democratic Power (in Montenegrin, Nova Demokratska Snaga; in Albanian, Forca e Re Demokratike, FORCA), was founded by Nazif Cungu on 22 October 2005 to represent the ethnic Albanians in Ulcinj. Ethnic Albanians represent 90% of the population of Ulcinj (in Albanian, Ulqin), the southernmost municipality in Montenegro.

In early 2018, flags bearing a brand new logo were introduced: the party name is inscribed in Albanian only, in white on adark blue field, the word "FORCA" at the top and the other words beneath it, both rows of text having the same length, letter "R" in the top row having its inside shaped as the head and neck of the Albanian eagle. The previous flag can still be seen in use, though, an will probably remain so for some time.

The former flag of FORCA (photo, 28 November 2008) was light blue with the former emblem of the party in the center.
The former emblem of FORCA was a light blue disk with the skylight of Ulcinj in darker blue, a yellow sun on top, the party's acronym in black letters, surmounting the name if the party in Albanian / Montenegrin / English in smaller letters, and 13 yellow stars "surrounding" the blue disk.

By late 2009, another version of the logo came into use, with all the charges in white on a dark blue field (photos. The use of flags with this design is attested since the late 2012, although they must have been introduced earlier.
