Birzebbuga changed its flag but the design is not known to me.

Pascal Gross' Atlas Géographique Mondial website, with good images of Maltese local flags reported by Thomas Borg (a Maltese from Mellieha), shows a white flag with a blue inverted chevron and a blue olive branch on the upper fly. Presumably this is the current Birzebbuga flag.
Ralf Hartemink's International Civic Heraldry website shows both coats-of-arms and says "The arms show an olive branch, as the growing of olives is of great economic importance to the village".
