I think there are two shades of red, a darker for the Maltese cross
("Maltese" red) - see:
https://nocmalta.org/maltese-olympic, and a lighter red on the Olympic ring

Both use two shades of red. I know two-shaded colors are not the vexillological
standard, but now are digital times with lots of shades.
