Manantay District is a new district in the province Coronel Portillo, region Ucayali, in Peru.

The District of Manantay (70,895 inhabitants in 2007; 660 sq. km), created on 6 June 2006 by Law No. 28753, is made of the town of San Fernando (capital) and several smaller settlements.
The flag of Manantay is diagonally divided orange-green by a broad white descending diagonal stripe, charged with two thinner diagonal stripes, green (top) and orange (bottom).
