At https://diariosinfronteras.com.pe/2020/06/21/agasajan-a-papitos-aymaras-en-acora a flag of Acora is seen, which appears to be the standard of the district's government, based on the fact it seems to only be used around the district's government. Above the coat of arms are the words "MUNICIPALIDAD DISTRITAL", below the coat of arms reading "ACORA".

Coat of arms

Acora image by Daniel Renterķa, 19 December 2023

The coat of arms is in the shape of an Andean cross with red outlines. In the center is a device also outlined in red, inside of it being horizontal colors of white and green (perhaps this is the inspiration for the flag's background). Centered on this is a circle. The upper section of it appears to represent the sky and the sun. In the lower section it appears to be soil meeting Lake Titicaca.
