Janowiec Wielkopolski, Żnin County, Kujawsko-pomorskie Voivodship - former
German name: Janowitz (1772-1919 and 1939-45).
According to the Law of 2003:
"Arms - Temida (=Themis) - goddess of justice and law as shown on the
seal dating back to 1780.
It is an image of a female, standing, barefooted, on the green grass,
dressed in the white, long gown, blindfolded and holding in the right hand,
raised, a golden
sword and in the left hand - golden scales.
Face, hands and feet - in natural color. Hair - black.
Flag is a rectangle of three equal horizontal bands in the colors of:
white - yellow - light blue with the Coat of Arms superimposed in the center.
Ratio is 5:8."
