Gdynia: horizontal white-blue-white-blue (70-5-3-32) with the
coat of arms in the canton at 50 right from the left side of the flag and
15 down from the top of the flag. The height of the coat of arms is 55.
Blue is pantone 2715 CV.

I live in Gdynia, and it is easy to see our flag, especially on City
Days (23 Mar - Liberation Day, 10 Feb - City Day). With this mail, I send
you a gif with Gdynia flag. It could be some different from real flag,
but I think that it is very akin. I don't know yet, what size it is, but
I think that 4:7 is the most probable. I'm sure, that the coat of arms
doesn't measure a half (55 of 110, as there is written on your page), but
only about a 1/4 of flag height. Flag was adopted between 1991 and 1992,
and the coat was adopted in 1976, but it was used since 1947. Blue on flag
means Baltic Sea. There are a sword and two rapacious fishes on the coat
- it means, that Gdynia is sea and navy city (nb., there are Polish Navy
HQ here).
