Arms and former flag adopted on February 6, 2003 (resolution # V/27/2003).
New flag adopted on July 9, 2007 (resolution # X/59/2007).
"Arms: on the red shield, above a golden boat two towers (natural stone)
covered with blue roofs and golden balls. Between the towers a silver horseshoe
topped with a small golden cross.
Below the horseshoe a silver double lily.
Flag: rectangular piece of cloth in the ratio 5:8 composed of three
vertical bands: red-white-yellow.
On the white band, which is slightly wider than the side bands, the
Arms are placed."
