Kobyla Góra - rural commune, Ostrzeszów County, Wielkopolskie Voivodship - old name: gmina Kobylagóra.
 Gmina Kobyla Góra is a rural gmina (commune) in Ostrzeszów County, Greater Poland Voivodship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Kobyla Góra, which lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) west of Ostrzeszów and 130 km (81 mi) south-east of the regional capital Poznań.
Area: 128.95 sq,km (49.8 sq.mi); Population: 5,779 (2006).

First mentioned in XIV Century. Kobyla Góra is more like a town than the village. In the past, besides the agriculture, small industries were well developed - milling, crafts, ceramic and metal working. Presently it is becoming a tourist service center for the area.

Arms and flag adopted on March 28, 2003 (resolution # IV/29/2003).
"Arms: on the red shield a stylized milling wheel on the background of the wall of the mill (brown) and cascading water in the colors of blue and white.
Flag. horizontal stripes of brown-white-light blue-white-red."
