It is a typical Portuguese communal flag, with the coat of arms centred on a plain yellow field.

Shield Azure, an embattled tower Argent masoned Azure with port and windows Azure, in central chief a fleur-de-lis Or, in base a wheat ear Or and an olive branch Or in saltire tied Gules. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials "NOSSA SENHORA DA GRAÇA DO DIVOR".
Meaning:
Wheat and olive are representing agriculture. The tower is that one of Sempre Noiva, famous of its Manuelian windows. The fleur-de-lis is an attribute of Our Lady of Grace, local patron saint and name giver of the commune.

Nossa Senhora da Graça do Divor Commune is one of the 12 communes of the Évora municipality (q.v.); it had 486 inhabitants in 2011 and covers 84.1 km².
