It is a typical Portuguese communal flag, with the coat of arms centred on a plain blue field (village rank).

The arms are Or a horse passant Gules armed Sable, in chief a bag Vert tied Sable and garnished Argent, in base wavy Azure a fess wavy Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (commune rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "QUADRAZAIS".

Quadrazais Commune is one of the 31 communes of Sabugal Municipality (q.v.); it had 457 inhabitants in 2011 and covers 39.6 km².
