Shield Azure a Romanesque portal Or with door Sable, in chief two keys in saltire, one key Or in bend over another key Argent in bend sinister, both with their wards upwards and inwards and tied Gules, flanked by two bundles of three wheat ears Or. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "RORIZ - SANTO TIRSO".
Meaning:
The crossed keys are an attribute of St. Peter, the local patron saint.
