On a silver field 2 red towers connected by a 7 arches bridge over them a Christian king's head, a red Santiago order cross and a Muslim king's head, below the arches 5 waves, the first 2 blue and the other green, standing on the last wave a black and gold boat with 3 silver sails. 5 silver towers mural crown (city rank), white scroll with the lettering "CIDADE DE TAVIRA".
