Shield Azure with base wavy of Argent and Azure, a plough Argent, bladed and hilted Or, in chief a Marian crown Or gemmed Vert. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "TOUGUINHA".
Meaning:
The crown is representing St. Mary, as Our Lady of Expectation being the local patron saint. The plough is representing agriculture, which also created new business lines in the commune. The base wavy is representing the rivers Ave and Este.

Touguinha Commune was one of the pre-2013 communes of Vila do Conde Municipality; it had 2000 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 3.2 km².

Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "TOUGUINHÓ".
Meaning:
The orb is an attribute of Jesus Christ, as the Divine Saviour being the local patron saint.
