According with a real estate outdoor add I’ve seen recently, the Lagos Marina Yachting Club flies a triangular flag with an yellow cross on a purple background, charged with a purple "FIAV" knot on its center. A 2:3 panel of horizontal alternating purple and yellow stripes was also shown in this add, but I dont know if it is really a flag. Since Smith [smi76] show pairs of triangle plus rectangular flags for some yacht clubs, I supppose that it at least could be one.

Either they changed their colours recently, or this flag is wrong (due probably to the fading of the outdoor’s colours?). I have a drawing in paper of the same flag, also taken from an ad, and I’ve seen it flying live. In both these sources, the flag is dark blue with a dark yellow cross. The knot is also dark blue and it is in the centre of a dark yellow horizontal elipse.
