Height of waves = 3/10 of flag-height.
Size of central emblem (crown and sabre)=1/5 of flag-length.
Victor Lomantsov, 08 Apr 2000, quoting from
www.chat.ru/~heraldica
Assuming that this flag’s ratio is 2:3, 3/10ths
of the height and 1/5th of the width are exactly the same:
(1/5)×(3/2)=3/10. I hope there is some mistake in these measures, as
the emblem this way looks certainly too small.

As I understand, the book is a Gospel.
Like on the arms of this village adopted in 1846.
