It is white with a central emblem consisting of a red ring in which is a red 8-pointed star,
the uppermost six points red, with white rays extending from the center, and the
lower two points black; overall a deep yellow bow with arrow notched.

An earlier flag was 1:2 ratio, but had a similar bi-color central device in
red and black, and the ring around composed of an upper half circle bearing the
name in red and a lower half circle made of an Udmurt flag ribbon.
