19 March 1918 a soviet republic was proclaimed in Tauride
(South Ukraine since the border of Crimea), but was ended 30
April 1918. The flags is supposed red with the Cyrillic initials
in the canton. Can anyone confirm? And which are the letters:
TCCP?

Crimean ASSR flag and coat of arms was presented on the 1921 constitution of
the Crimean ASSR. But at that time officially: Crimean SSR! The term
"autonomous" has not been used.
Crimean SSR flag consists of a red background with an inscription in Russian (cyrillic
alphabet) and Crimean Tatar languages (arabic alphabet): Cr.S.S.R. (=Crimean
Soviet Socialist Republic).

In 1938, the writing system of the Crimean Tatar language was translated from the Romanized alphabet to the alphabet based on the Russian alphabet, in accordance with this, there were changes on the flag of the Crimean ASSR.

Crimea was transformed into Crimean Oblast on 30 June
1945 and transferred to Ukrainian
SSR on 19 February 1954.

I believe that since 1945 Crimea was left without an official
flag, as oblasteĭ (regions), unlike republics, were not
entitled to flags.
