"In an azure field is the gules fess charged by the image of the or ancient locomotive, accompanied by horizontal or ears above and below it. The emblem adorned by or decorative cartouche and crowned by an or rural crown. The locomotive is a mention that the settlement was found at XIX century as railway station. The gules strip symbolizes railway, and azure strips means picturesque fields which surround the railway. Gules color is a symbol of fire which moves steam machines. The Village

"It was found at 1868 by the construction of the railway Kurs'k - Kyiv, as basic railway station Oster district. More than hundred years ago the settlement station has received the modern name."
