Heraldry:
"It was confirmed by city council at January, 29 2001. The
rectangular panel with a ratio of the sides 2:3, consisting of
two equal horizontal strips - blue and vert, from a staff to
middle of a flag departs a white wedge. On the single copy of a
flag which is kept in city council, on a white background the
arms of city is represented, on all others the arms is absent.
The author is S.Maksimchuk.

Heraldry:
"It was confirmed by city council at January, 29, 2001. In
an azure field are three argent cooling towers an atomic power
station, before which are three vert fur-trees, above them is an
argent mark of atom with electrons. The author is S.Maksimchuk.
Fur-trees, vert and azure colors a finding of city in Polissya
land, cooling towers are symbol of nuclear station, atom
emphasize a role of atomic engineering in a history of a
settlement.

Heraldry:
"Has arisen at 1973 on territory of Varash village as
settlement at the Rivne atomic power station. Varash is known
since 1776. The new settlement was named Kuznetsovs'k at 1977 in
N.Kuznetsova's honour - the Soviet provoker after which acts of
terrorism in 1942-44 German invaders have carried out mass death
penalties of local population on Volyn'. The city is supposed to
return the name of an initial settlement - Varash."
