The Coat of Arms and Flag of Andrushivka (town in Zhytomyr
oblast, Ukraine) were designed by A. Grechylo and adopted by
local council on September 2, 2003.
Symbols: saltire, flower of ox-eye daizy, sugar pyramids and cup
with flame.

"It was confirmed at September, 2nd, 2003. A square red
panel, on which is yellow Andrew cross (the width of a strip of a
cross is equal 1/7 width of a flag), above it is the flower of
camomile with white petals and the yellow core (the flower is
entered in a conditional circle in diameter in 1/4 sides of a
flag, the center of a flower is in the middle on distance of 1/6
sides of a flag from the top panel edge), on the sides are white
sugar pyramids in yellow envelope, below is a white bowl with
dark blue flame and yellow frame.
The regional center is near small river Gujva. The first mentions
concern to 1683. Since 1848 the sugar factory (the first in
territory of modern Zhytomyr oblast') started to operate. Due to
development of this area the village in 1859 has received the
status of city. The data on the historical arms are not revealed.

is or Andrew cross, above it is a flower of a camomile with
argent petals and or core, on the sides are argent sugar
pyramides in or envelope, below is argent with azure flame and or
frame. The author is A.Grechylo.
Andrew cross specifies the name of city (from a name Andrew). The
colors of cross and field emphasizes city finding in Zhytomyr
oblast'. The camomile displays riches of the surrounding nature.
Sugar in ancient packing means the basic industry, which assisted
to development of settlement. The argent bowl with azure-or flame
("fiery water") means manufacture of spirit."
